Completely new to dreamwidth, and mainly here from the great tumblr migration. Getting around to figuring out how it works, but I thought I might as well do a small introductory post.

Big Nintendo fan which really got me online, then slowly branched out to lots of RPGs like Final Fantasy, the Atelier Series and lots of others. I've recently been a big fan of Marvel as well and I'm scared and excited to experience the community on dreamwidth and pillowfort and other places. I'm generally risk-adverse, which is probably why I'm trying to track everyone I follow down on multiple platforms from the new pillowfort, Twitter and here.

I've been lurking on things for years, but tumblr was the first time I started interacting online a little, so seeing it fracture sort of sucks, and I hate how lots of artists and people who relied on tumblr as one of the few places to be okay to post nsfw and adult content disappear, so sites that don't rely on ad revenue and accept that content make me happy, even if I don't plan on posting or engaging with that content here.
